Lagree Active gathers information (name, email address, and postal/zip code) strictly for contact purposes when users opt to fill out an email submission inquiry form.

Refund Policy

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Classes must be canceled with more than 12 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 12 hours until class time, you will be LATE CANCELLED and charged for the class. If your cancellation occurs at least 12 hours in advance, you will be CANCELLED but will retain that class credit.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?

Items purchased are eligible for exchange only, 30 days from purchase, and only if original tags are intact. No exchange on sale items. Clients can try on clothing in the change rooms only after they have notified the front desk and have provided the number of items to be tried on. Undergarments MUST be worn when trying on clothing. We can hold an item for a client for 24 HOURS ONLY
